Services described

Content on this site describes professional logistics route analytics and shipment visibility assessments. Pricing figures are informational starting points. A signed statement of work or written quotation governs each engagement.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to Page Nestpath. Assessment packs delivered to clients remain subject to the licence stated in the statement of work — typically a licence for internal business use by the commissioning organisation. You may not republish our site materials without written consent.

Client materials

You confirm you have the right to share shipment records and related files you provide. You remain responsible for redacting personal data that is not required for the engagement.

Liability

Assessments rely on the completeness and accuracy of information you supply. Page Nestpath is not liable for commercial decisions taken solely on the basis of directional findings where data gaps were disclosed. To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

No carrier or brokerage authority

We do not book freight, act as a customs broker, or bind carrier contracts unless a separate written mandate expressly says so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the site, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
