Refund and cancellation

Scope

This policy applies to professional assessments and briefings offered by Page Nestpath — Route Performance Assessments, Shipment Visibility Reviews, Corridor Lane Studies, and Exception Pattern Briefings. It does not cover goods retail or software subscriptions, which we do not sell.

Deposits

Engagements typically require a 40% deposit to reserve analyst time. The deposit is credited toward the final fee.

Cancellation by you

Cancel in writing to info@page-nestpath.click. If you cancel more than ten working days before the agreed start date, deposits are refunded in full. Cancellations between ten and three working days receive a 50% deposit refund. Later cancellations forfeit the deposit because preparation work has usually begun.

Work already started

Once we have begun analysing your files, fees for completed stages are payable. Unused stages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion when remaining work is stopped by mutual agreement.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a briefing once without charge if you give at least five working days’ notice. Later changes may incur a HKD 1,200 scheduling fee.

No-shows

If your attendees miss a scheduled briefing without notice, the briefing fee for that session is non-refundable. We will offer one alternative slot within fourteen days.

Non-refundable items

Third-party courier costs for printed packs, and bilingual translation already commissioned at your request, are non-refundable once ordered.

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen working days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take additional clearing time depending on your institution.

Our cancellations

If Page Nestpath must cancel an engagement for reasons other than your breach, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work, or a rescheduled date at your choice.
